About Dita Charanzová

Dita Charanzová is Czech diplomat, manager, consultant and senior government official, focusing on European Union, international trade and digital economy.

Since July 2014, she is a Member of the European Parliament, where she largely focuses on Digital Single Market strategy and support of Central European SMEs and startups on the global arena.

Before she worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic in the diplomatic services for 11 years. She was also the OSCE supervisor in Kosovo and the Head of the Section for Trade and Development Policy at the Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic to the EU in Brussels.
